Heath Dockary appointed Sales Director at Aurora Property Northern Districts

Aurora Property Northern Districts is proud to announce the appointment of Heath Dockary as Director. A distinguished Northern Suburbs residential real estate identity with more than 25 years of industry experience, Heath has built a remarkable career characterised by exceptional negotiation skills and record-breaking results. He has spent the past two decades developing his own successful sales team, transitioning to the Aurora Property brand when they opened the company’s Epping office in early 2024.  

While he will remain deeply involved in the sales process, Heath’s new role will see him focus on building up agents and the agency, seeking out talented people to create effective business units. “It was the people who initially drew me to Aurora Property and I’m looking forward to nurturing those relationships while bringing new likeminded agents to the team who resonate with our unique culture,” says Heath.
