Amy Burge

Amy Burge is a dedicated Portfolio Manager based in the Neutral Bay office, bringing 6 years of real estate experience to her role. With a strong background managing apartments, new builds and defects, routine inspections and maintenance, she is recognised for her ability to balance professionalism with a personable approach. During Covid, Amy also completed a beauty course and successfully ran a side business in the beauty industry for two years, showing her initiative and entrepreneurial drive. She has built strong knowledge of the Inner West, Sydney CBD and North Shore markets.

Amy is known for her problem solving, communication skills and attention to detail, which underpin her client-focused service. She enjoys meeting people, building relationships and hearing their stories, and takes pride in redefining the image of a Property Manager by rebuilding trust and showing clients that property management can be done with care and reliability. Valued for being empathetic, a good listener and able to have a laugh, she ensures relationships feel genuine rather than transactional. Her service is based on constant communication, relationship building and problem solving, making her a trusted point of contact for clients.

She chose to join Aurora to help build the brand and strengthen its reputation within the industry, aligning with its client-first values. Outside of work, Amy supports the Women with Breast Cancer Foundation and Epilepsy causes and enjoys MMA, weight training and weekend trips to small towns in NSW. She also has a personal interest in the stock market, reflecting her drive to continually learn and grow.
