Candice is a Portfolio Manager based at our Neutral Bay office, working across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. With two years of experience in real estate, she’s known for being honest, approachable and someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with. Candice brings a strong understanding of property management and is always focused on clear communication and practical outcomes.

Candice enjoys problem-solving and helping clients navigate the day-to-day challenges of property ownership and tenancy. Whether it’s resolving issues quickly or offering straightforward advice, she prides herself on being dependable and easy to talk to. Her integrity and empathy are at the heart of how she works, making her a valued team member and a trusted point of contact for her clients.

She joined Aurora to grow her skills and be part of a supportive, experienced team. Candice wants to be known as someone who’s always willing to help and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, you’ll often find her watching Formula 1 or spending time exploring the local area.
