Casmire Heyward is a Junior Property Manager based at Aurora Property’s Neutral Bay office, bringing 5 years of industry experience and a strong background in property management and executive leasing. Working across Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, including Neutral Bay, Cammeray, Wollstonecraft and Drummoyne, Casmire has developed a reputation for delivering outstanding results while maintaining a calm, professional and client-focused approach.

Passionate about both property and problem-solving, Casmire thrives on building genuine relationships and creating positive outcomes for landlords and tenants alike. Known for his approachable communication style and ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism, he excels at liaising between owners and tenants to resolve issues before they escalate. His experience managing large portfolios has equipped him with the skills to balance day-to-day client needs with the broader demands of property management.

Throughout his career, Casmire has achieved exceptional leasing results, including successfully launching a newly renovated nine-apartment development in Coogee and securing a 100% lease-up at the first inspection, as well as fully leasing a six-unit apartment block in North Bondi immediately following its initial open home. Drawn to Aurora Property by its people and culture, Casmire is committed to continuous growth and delivering a seamless experience for every client. Outside of work, he enjoys Pilates and spending time with his cats.
